What counts as an event?
One user action: a click, pageview, form submit, or custom event you send. We don't count Pulse's own health pings against you, and replays don't consume events.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing breaks. We keep ingesting for the rest of the month and email you once. Two months over in a row and we'll ask you to upgrade — data is never dropped or held hostage.
Can I self-host Pulse?
No, and we'd rather say that plainly than maybe-someday you. EU cloud hosting is how we keep the privacy guarantees testable and the price this low.
Do you offer startup or non-profit discounts?
Yes — 50% off Team for registered non-profits and for startups under $1M raised, first year. Ask from your billing page; approval is same-day.
How do I cancel?
One button, no call, no "retention specialist". Your data stays exportable for 90 days after cancellation.
