What it tracks

Signals, not notifications.

Meridian measures quietly all day and says one useful thing each morning. Everything below is on the band and in the app — nothing is paywalled.

Morning readiness

Overnight HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep debt, combined into a single 0–100 score with a plain-English recommendation.

84 ready

“Recovery is ahead of schedule. Today is a good day to push.”

Train on the days your body says yes.

Meridian doesn't count steps at you. It tells you when to push, when to recover, and when the tired you feel is real — so the hard sessions land on the right days.

A day with Meridian

It works while you don't look at it.

  1. One number with your coffee

Readiness 84. HRV up 9 ms on your weekly baseline. The app suggests intervals today — then gets out of the way.

  2. Movement, noticed — not nagged

Your lunchtime walk logs itself. No badges, no streak guilt, no buzz on your wrist during a meeting.

  3. A quiet wind-down cue

Based on tonight's sleep debt, Meridian nudges once: lights out by 10:30 keeps tomorrow's readiness above 80.

  4. Sleep staged, silently

Deep, REM and light phases sampled every 30 seconds — with the band in airplane mode until you wake.

Rest is training too.

The best athletes we tested with didn't need more data — they needed permission to recover. Meridian gives it, with evidence.

Questions, answered honestly

FAQ

Does it have a screen?

No — on purpose. A screen on your wrist becomes another feed. Meridian's job is to gather signals silently and give you one considered answer each morning in the app. If you want a watch, keep wearing your watch; Meridian sits on the other wrist and disappears.

Really no subscription?

Really. $299 buys the hardware and every metric it can measure, forever. We'd rather sell you a strap in two years than rent you your own heart rate.

Is the 10-day battery honest?

It's our measured median across the test fleet with all-night sleep tracking on. Heavy workout logging brings it closer to 8 days; airplane mode stretches it past 12. We publish the test protocol.

What happens to my data?

Scores are computed on the band and your phone. Cloud sync is off by default, opt-in for backup only, and export or full deletion is one tap. We don't sell data — there's no subscription business model to feed.

How do I get the right size?

Three strap sizes cover wrists from 135 mm to 220 mm. A printable sizing guide arrives with your waitlist confirmation, and swaps are free within 60 days.
